Event Description

How do you decide where & what to conserve in highly biodiverse areas such as the Albertine Rift region of central Africa when resources for conservation are limited? Drawing from 30 years working in the continent Andy Plumptre will look at the lessons learned applying Key Biodiversity Area approaches in Africa and how KBAs are tools that should be used in Britain to better focus attention on our own threatened & endemic species.
