Event Description

Since the cancellation of the screening of the Conservation Optimism Short Film Festival at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, it’s moved online and will be running a virtual screening of the shortlisted films on the Conservation Optimism YouTube channel, starting at 7pm on May 29th.
The films will then be judged by you in two categories: ‘Students’ and ‘Conservation Optimism’. Winners will get the incredible opportunity to have a 1.5-hour mentoring session with a film-making expert, and prize-winners will be announced on the day following the screening.
There will be a live Q&A sessions on the day of the festival, as well as a virtual exhibition, putting a spotlight on the work of illustrators, photographers and artists.
