We seek a talented major gifts fundraiser with the ability to help develop long-term holistic partnerships with high-level donors to ultimately secure financial support for the Cambridge Conservation Initiative’s most critical priorities.

Role Description

This role is an exciting chance to support the philanthropic development activities for CCI. The successful candidate will work with pioneering academics in one of the most prestigious University’s in the world and with leading international conservation organisations.

Collaborative, strategic and innovative in approach, the Associate Director will be responsible for developing new, and building on existing, high-value partnerships with philanthropic donors. Key to success will be the ability to engage with high net worth individuals, senior level staff across CCI, academics and with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

This role provides a unique opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate and innovative, has a strong track record in major-gift fundraising or equivalent commercial experience, and is looking to have a major impact in the field of conservation.
